I. General✹ By commissioning me, you read and agree to the terms stated.✹ You must be 18 or older to commission me.✹ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.✹ Upon completion, you will receive the commissioned work in high resolution, PNG format.✹ Sizing may vary, but I typically work in 1800 x 1200 pixels. Please ask about specific canvas sizes.✹ I do not work with deadlines. You may suggest a specific date, but I do not guarantee it will be finished by then.II. Contact and revisions✹Fill out the commission form. Once I approve your commission I will send you an invoice through PayPal. I will only start after the full payment is received. Once lined, I will not make any major changes to poses.✹ Headshots I will not provide updates besides the rough and finished sketch and base colors.III. Pricing and payment✹ Payments must be made upfront✹ PayPal only✹ Pricing may vary depending on character complexity. Things like detailed accessories, hair, outfits, markings, wings etc. will have an additional fee.IV. Refund and Cancellation✹ The client must have a legitimate reason to request a refund.✹ Art under $25 is non-refundable.✹ If the order is canceled by the client, the money will be refunded minus the work already made.✹ If the artist does not receive a needed reply from the client within a month, the commission may be canceled and the money will be refunded minus the work already made.✹ Harassment, hostile, childish or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This will lead to being blacklisted, blocked, and your commission will be refunded (minus any work already done).V. Usage rights✹ The artist retains the rights to the artwork.✹ The client retains the right to their characters.✹ The client may upload the commissioned artwork to personal websites, but must credit. Ex. art made by @MilkubussNSFW on Twitter (or any other site I am on)✹ The artist may display commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, journal and may use commissioned work in promotional material.✹ The Artist may recycle sketches and works rejected by client for other commissions or personal work.✹ Commissioned art may not be used as merchandise without permission fees paid.
